The Offering

I don’t have a menu of services. I hold a container — a defined space of time in which touch, presence, and consent are the ground we explore from. What happens inside it depends on what's actually alive between us on a given day, not a fixed script.

Sessions are held in person, and typically run 90 minutes. There's no rushing toward a particular outcome within that time. The pace is set by what's true in the moment, not by a clock working against us.

For those who want ongoing connection between sessions, or who aren't local, I also offer coaching calls — a space to talk through what's alive for you in intimacy and relationships.

Every session begins with conversation: what you're carrying, what you're curious about, what you want to be truthful about.

From there, touch is introduced slowly and with ongoing mutual consent — nothing is assumed, and anything can be paused or redirected at any point.

Some sessions stay mostly energetic and relational. Others move into deeper somatic or erotic territory.

Both are complete sessions; neither is a lesser version of the other.

First: The Introduction

Before anything else, we talk. This is a relaxed conversation — a chance for you to ask what you actually want to know, and for me to get a sense of what you're looking for and whether this is the right fit. Nothing is assumed going into it, and nothing is expected to happen because of it. It's simply the first honest exchange, before any other kind.

The Journey

Third: Ongoing Sessions

That said, this work tends to deepen with repetition. The body doesn't fully open on the first visit the way it does on the fifth. With time, trust builds, defenses soften, and the parts of you that take longer to show up get more room to.

Most clients find that something around once a month is enough to keep that thread alive.

For those who aren't local, or want connection between in-person sessions, I also offer coaching calls — a space for check-ins and conversation that doesn't replace the in-person work, but extends it.

Second: The Session

This is where the work actually happens — slow, consensual, and unscripted. A single in-person session is complete in itself. You don't need to know what comes after, and you don't need to be pursuing some larger arc for the time to matter. Many come once, get exactly what they needed, and that's the whole story.
